3.6.21 Birthday with the Slinger's
We got to celebrate Grandpa Ron (61) and Hayden's (1) birthday with the whole crew. Thank you ALL for making it happen!

We drove down from Duluth in the AM, arrived around 11. Elsie and Lena were SO excited to welcome Hayden when we arrived; it was super adorable.
We/They played and played and played! Ate an AWESOME fish fry, brought to us by Nathan and Laura. Opened presents, played a LOT more. Ran around outside on the deck. Naps and cupcakes with green frosting, and played even MORE!
Hayden loved watching Elsie and Lena RUN and giggle everywhere they went. It is amazing to imagine these little humans all growing up with and learning from each other in the years to come.

3.17.21 Birthday Party in Duluth!
Grinny, Bopa and Kya came to celebrate for Hayden's 1st birthday! Aunt Emily also came by for awhile with amazing balloons! We played inside and ran around outside while boiling sap. Cupcakes and presents and ALL the fun!
After the party people went home, we had a sneaky thief successfully steal another cupcake...
Later that evening ...
We invited some friends over to hang outside for a Hayden's Birthday & St Patty's Day Happy Hour while we boiled more sap; it was a group of 90% vaccinated adult friends!!!! Turned out to be a great little get together to start taking advantage of the longer days :)
A few VERY fun and wonderful birthday celebrations for our little, crazy Hayden.
Thanks to the awesome family and friends for the time spent together, gifts and laughter. Much needed after a long, stressful, pandemic-ridden year :)
